Purpose of the position:
SCMP is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the billing reconciliation function within the Revenue Operations team.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in accounting and finance, paired with hands-on experience in complex billing operations.
In this role, you will:
- Billing Management: Execute customer and vendor billing processes (invoices, credit notes) with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring full compliance with internal policies.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular billing reconciliation and generate reports to ensure all financial transactions are captured and recorded accurately.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for billing operations, liaising closely with Sales teams and external partners to resolve queries promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and workflow optimization; actively participate in system upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with special projects and departmental assignments as required.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Hold a degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in accounting or operations, preferably within the media industry or an MNC environment.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Google Workspace and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Act as a collaborative team player who is decisive, accountable, and possesses a self-starter mindset.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail alongside strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate proficiently in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
