Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Manager, Project Management to join Morning Studio, based in our office at Times Square, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. In this role, you will lead end-to-end client servicing and project execution for a diverse portfolio of online and offline content campaigns. Act on the front lines of execution, you will bridge the gap between business development and creative production, ensuring world-class delivery for clients in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and internationally.
 

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain trusted partnerships with premium brand clients, serving as their primary delivery partner while safeguarding SCMP’s commercial goals.
  • Retention & Upselling: Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to identify account expansion opportunities, assisting in the development of integrated marketing solutions to retain existing clients.
  • Commercial Handovers: Seamlessly manage project handovers from Sales/Business Development to execution, ensuring clear scope definition and setting realistic client expectations.

Project Management & Operations

  • End-to-End Execution: Evaluate project plans, build timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects (digital, video, social, and print ) are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central communication hub between clients, internal creative/production teams, vendors, and freelancers.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks, clarify ambiguous project briefs, and swiftly resolve issues regarding incomplete details, timeline delays, or expectation alignments.
  • Financial & Performance Tracking: Monitor and track project budgets and generate comprehensive campaign performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.


Key Requirements

Professional Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, and/or project management within a creative agency, media publisher, or in-house brand studio.

  • Workflow Expertise: Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary creative and production workflows across digital media, video production, graphic design, social media campaigns, and custom print publishing.
  • Problem Solver: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage tight deadlines, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to support and grow our client base in Mainland China and APAC.
 

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
