About the Team:

Purpose of the Position:
To drive conceptualization and ongoing evolution across SCMP Learn digital platforms.
To implement online marketing and communications for the Student Business team.

In this role, you will:
- Manage team portfolio of the company’s websites, digital assets, social media, user communities and Customer Service channels, including e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, X.com, Youtube, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Xiaohongshu and Wechat.
- Drive product development initiatives across digital ecosystem, supervising the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, positioning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launches.
- Support definition of product strategies and translate into detailed requirements and Product Requirement Documents to guide engineering and design teams.
- Lead development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of online marketing and CRM activities across all digital channels of Student Business.
- Structure and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive online traffic to the company’s websites and iterate the conversion process. Maximize portfolio budget across all channels and create positive ROI.
- Partner with both external clients and internal stakeholders to align on product goals, gather feedback, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement omni-channel processes, communication plans, and resource allocation strategies to enable smooth and efficient project execution.
- Oversee project timelines and task management to ensure deliverables are completed on time and align with organizational priorities.
- Define and track KPI dashboards and success metrics to measure product and project outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement milestones.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on ongoing performance of all digital products, in addition to online marketing and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies and apply them to the company’s omni-channel platform development and MarComm strategies.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Prioritize work experience from digital agencies and technology start-ups
- 5 years relevant experience in digital product building, online marketing, CRM and performance-based content marketing, preferably in education or content industry
- Solid experience in structuring, testing and implementing successful digital and social communications, e-mail marketing and ongoing omni-channel content development
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using analytics tools to customize segmented user journeys, measure and report on omni-channel performance across a portfolio of digital assets
- Organised with a strong sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of creative asset development, aligning with content creators, multimedia editing skills is an advantage
- Native in English and Cantonese, Fluent in Mandarin
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
