Business Development Assistant

Purpose of the Position: 

Cosmart.hk, is a membership platform operated by SCMP Hearst providing exclusive member experience including events & workshops, shopping, benefits and reward program.  It is supported by the strength of our editorial content, audience base, data and technologies from our media properties including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Esquire and ELLE Men. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and partners to provide attractive products and supporting merchandising operations to enhance member experience in the website.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate daily operations and provide administrative support on sourcing and buying activities
• Manage product uploads and ensure data and information within our systems and databases are accurate and up to date
• Liaise effectively with vendors and develop smooth operational flow with logistics and customer service teams to improve efficiency and customer experience 
• Monitor inventory level and manage the entire ordering and invoicing process with vendors 
• Prepare sales reports and analysis to understand shopping behaviours and trends.
• Support digital marketing activities in close collaboration with marketing team and vendors to achieve sales target
• Support the team in coordinating website development projects
• Support with ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

• University graduate or equivalent in related discipline and passionate in e-commerce, merchandising or digital marketing related industry 
• Proficient in computer operations such as Excel, Powerpoint, e-commerce platforms and CMS  
• Good sense of beauty and wellness product trends is an advantage 
• Self-motivated, high attention to detail with good organisation skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the work
• Collaborative team player with strong initiative and good communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office.
