About the Team:
Student Business team is a team to provide educational product for the primary and secondary school students.
Purpose of the position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Solution Lead to join our Student Business Team at SCMP. As the Client Soultion Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies targeting the parents and students market.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals focused on student-oriented products and services, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to effectively target the student market and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the student market segment, including partnerships with educational institutions, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the student market, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with SCMP's offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the student market and relevant industry trends.
- Extensive network with direct clients and agencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
