Project Executive (Digital Products)

About the Team: 

SCMP Magazines owns some of the city’s finest lifestyle media brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Harper’s BAZAAR, Esquire, and ELLE Men. Each of these titles has its own unique strengths and reaches a vast majority of men and women in Hong Kong. This position will be helping Digital Product, Technical Team in managing the digital properties development of our magazines titles.

Purpose of the position:

Reporting to Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders on the developments and operations of our ad solutions and products.

In this role, you will: 

• Manage digital product development and operation covering on-platform, campaign sites, advertising products, email marketing and other digital products
• Manage all phases of the project development to ensure on time project delivery, by working with other functional units to meet with projects’ needs
• Work closely with different internal teams to manage smooth operation of digital content publishing and digital advertising
• Monitor and evaluate product and campaign performance
• Support daily digital operational tasks and response to inquiries from internal users

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

• University graduate or equivalent in digital related discipline with minimum 1 years’ operation experience in product development and project management either at a digital agency, media industry or publisher
• Knowledge of digital product development, website management, UX design and quality assurance
• Proficient in computer operations especially for Google Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Figma and CMS solutions, e.g.: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Ibexa, etc.
• Experience with the business applications of Generative AI (Gen AI) and Agentic AI is an advantage
• Self-motivated, high attention to detail with superior organization skills and ability to prioritize and ownership of the work
• Collaborative team player and strong initiative with exceptional communication, and organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Traditional Chinese

Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office
