Purpose of the position:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced assistant manager to lead our marketing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and event strategies to promote our brand, drive revenue growth, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing and event plans, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will: 
Develop marketing initiatives to build connections with target customers and drive business results. Marketing initiatives include but are not limited to events, social media campaigns, online & offline activations.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for events: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote events, including content creation, stakeholder communications, and advertising coordination.
Coordinate event logistics and operations: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless operations and attendee satisfaction.

Drive event branding and messaging: Develop impactful event branding and messaging that aligns with the organisation's marketing strategy, utilising various materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and digital assets to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Cultivate relationships and partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, collaborating to secure sponsorships and promotional opportunities that enhance event visibility and attract target attendees for maximum impact.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
  • Degree or above qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
  • 4 years+ of relevant experience in event marketing, content marketing, or public relations. Candidates with a PR/event agency background will have an advantage
  • Solid experience in managing event logistics, timeline, production house & vendors, and creatives development 
  • Strong business sense with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised with a strong sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Native in English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
