About the Team: 
SCMP Enterprise+ is part of the commercial arm of SCMP Group, providing strategic business solutions encompassing intelligence, connections, and engagement to corporations. Our portfolio includes group subscriptions, licensing, syndication, merchandising, and business leader community memberships, aimed at contributing to SCMP’s revenue goals and delivering service excellence.

Purpose of the Position:
The candidate will be responsible for leading B2B marketing and corporate community initiatives to support the strategic development and revenue growth of SCMP’s B2B Enterprise+ solutions. One of the most critical corporate community initiatives is to develop SCMP C-suite to be the largest and most influential Asia-based executive community.

In this role, you will: 

Corporate Community / B2B marketing:
  • Lead B2B trade marketing efforts for SCMP Enterprise+ solutions, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
  • Plan and execute various trade marketing programs and online activities
  • Collaborate with sales team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the corporate community, serving as a primary contact and ambassador for SCMP Enterprise+.
  • Work with content teams to develop relevant and compelling content for the corporate community and manage social media presence for Enterprise+
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on the impact and success of community initiatives.
C-suite Community:
  • Develop and execute the strategy to expand the SCMP C-suite community as the largest and most influential executive community in Asia.
  • Manage end-to-end C-suite program design, promotions, and engagement activities.
  • Identify market opportunities to engage and provide value to executive community members, fostering strong relationships, support, and loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships and engagement with key members of the community, being a principal ambassador for the community.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, corporate community development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in developing and managing executive communities, with a track record of community growth and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and thrive in a high-freedom, high accountability environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Cantonese or other Asian languages are a plus.
 

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
